border变粗

我引了reset.css重置了浏览器默认样式，给h2标签添加了margin: 0，但是我发现h2的边框变粗了，相当于2px了，一旦去掉reset.css的margin:0，就正常了，然后给h2添加margin-top，又变粗了，这是什么原理呢？同理div也出现了这个情况
